The 4Tel website faced significant challenges: it was visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and featured inaccurate or outdated information. To address these issues, I led a comprehensive redesign project that transformed both the user experience and the user interface, while also transitioning the site from Joomla to WordPress.
Guided by a refreshed marketing strategy, market research insights, and a product matrix, the revitalized 4Tel website was designed to align with the company’s vision and better serve its audience.
This project involved every stage of the website redesign process, including wireframing, creating customer journey maps, developing user personas, prototyping, and overseeing the migration and final build. The improved site structure made navigation more intuitive, enabling clients to quickly access relevant information. The new design also showcased 4Tel’s technological innovation and value more effectively, enhancing its market positioning.
